Represented a major EPC contractor in developing three (3) comprehensive tendering packages with a combined value of USD 6 bln. (2017);

Represented a large multinational energy corporation in all matters regarding the clients’ corporate governance and provided full support with corporate issues (2018-2019);

Advised a worldwide engineering company on labour law issues, tax issues, revision of existing procurement procedures (2017-2020);

Assisted a large multinational energy corporation in setting up three (3) Contract and Procurement Departments for new upcoming projects with annual budgets of USD 5.5-7bln. and developed procurement policies and procedures, procurement manuals and a variety of contract templates (2017-2019);

Provided ad-hock legal support and contract management services to a large multinational oil company, including developing templates, Technological Framework Agreements and Masters Services Agreements, establishing and managing joint ventures, developing several consortium structures; advising on a potential dispute regarding non-payment for the services, establishing a framework for different professional seminars and employee training covering high-value EPC, drilling contracts and supporting services, etc (2017-2020);

Advised large multinational oil company in relation to their offshore drilling operations in the Gulf of Mexico, including the development of a comprehensive tailor-made drilling contract and contracts for supporting services, reviews and revisions of drafts developed by the contractor and assessment of the risk associated with the proposed drafts; advising on various issues related to the drilling operations (2019);

Represented a Middle East corporation in relation to claims management and litigation, including matters of monitoring the contractor, liaising with design and supervision services, fighting the extension of time and cost claims, interpreting terms and conditions of the underlying contract in case of ambiguity and protecting the interest of the company (2017-2020).
